Wood Croft Chartered Surveyors is an independent firm, regulated by the RICS, with no links or ties to any bank or building society. This enables us to focus entirely on our clients and their requirements.

We offer a full range of services to guide our clients through the home purchasing process. These include RICS Home Surveys Level 3 (formerly known as Building Surveys), RICS Home Surveys Level 2 Surveys (formerly known as HomeBuyer Surveys), RICS Home Surveys Level 1 (formerly known as Condition Report) and Property Valuation Services. We help our clients assess their requirements and then recommend the most suitable report and level of detail.

Our success is based on sound principles including a strong belief in the role of the independent Chartered Surveyor, a clear understanding of our clients’ needs and their right to receive independent advice that is both personal and professional.

At Wood Croft Chartered Surveyors, our Survey and Valuation work is carried out by our team of RICS Chartered Surveyors and Registered Valuers who undertake these within the strict guidelines set down by the RICS which gives added peace of mind.
