WCCS: Property surveys and valuation service around London and Leeds

Like many people I went to google to find a surveyor for a residential home purchase. I spoke to a few and got some quotes but only WCCS called me and spent over half an hour talking me through what to expect, assessing my needs and the home I was buying. Absolutely no commitment or pushy sales tactics, just someone who wants to provide a great service and for a reasonable cost.

The survey proved invaluable in protecting the value of the home as we now know what actions to take to help prevent more costly repairs in the future. Furthermore, the same surveyor who took my initial query called me on the day of the survey and spent an hour talking through findings. The surveyor provides a non bias, judgement without leading either way, exactly what you want.

I recently got in touch online to book a Level 2 survey with valuation. The service was quick and easy to use and very informative on which is best for the property we are buying. On the day of the survey we had a call from our surveyor to talk through findings before the report is produced, he was very friendly and professional and made me feel at ease when talking through, within a few days we then received the detailed survey and valuation. I was really impressed with the service provided by Wood Croft. We went with this surveyor after the one for our previous property were unavailable, however should we need a surveyor again we would choose Wood Croft. Receiving a phone call from the surveyor to talk us through the findings on the day was so helpful as everything was fully explained and it took a lot of anxiety out of having to wait! Additionally, Wood Croft went above and beyond to ensure we were booked in for a survey before they closed for a couple of weeks to ensure that there was no delay to our purchase as well as sending out the full report the same week.
