WCCS: Property surveys and valuation service around London and Leeds

We recently had a RICS Level 2 house survey completed, and the service exceeded all expectations. I have very high standards and am not easily impressed (usually I complain about most service provider due to lack of care and attention to detail and customer service), but the level of detail, professionalism, and care we received throughout this process was outstanding, just WOW.

Even before payment, we received an initial search report with valuable insights and observations, which already gave us confidence in the quality of the service. After the survey was completed, he took the time to call me personally to talk through the findings, explain what was and wasn’t a concern, and answer all of my questions clearly and honestly.

The final report was extremely detailed and helped direct our attention to issues that genuinely mattered. It gave us a much clearer understanding of the property and proved incredibly valuable during the buying process.

I would highly recommend this services to anyone looking for a thorough, knowledgeable, and trustworthy surveyor.
